Malibu Engagement Session with Lindsey and Adam

May 14, 2012

An aspect of our job that we truly love is that we get to travel for our clients and create art from their beauty™ closer to their own home. Two weeks ago we finished a crazy full wedding weekend and then drove down to Malibu to photograph Lindsey and Adam’s engagement session. These two are an amazing couple! Not only are they both beautiful, but the love they have for each other is even more beautiful. Both are in the Hollywood scene and have active schedules, so it was a joy that we got to fit a lifestyle engagement session in. We started out by grabbing a few shots at the Roman inspired Getty Villa and finished off at El Matador State Beach in Malibu. Below are a few teasers from the great time we had…enjoy!

Lindsey just had us look at the “teaser” engagement photos. All I can say is WOW!!! They are just fantastic, I can’t wait to see more! We are all looking forward to meeting with you in June. We’re sorry Adam can’t be there with Linds, but feel fortunate that we are able to accompany her and help her with all the planning. How lucky for us, right? Mike and Gina, The photos that you have posted of Lindsey and Adam are stunning. This young lady has been in my heart since she was a student in my French classes. She is an amazing woman with the soul of an angeland talent oozing from her pores. I am thrilled for her that she has found her soul mate and life partner. Intercontinental Monterey Wedding: Lisa and Gil

Lisa and Gil’s day was quite simply amazing. It was a blessing that, in the midst of a rainy day, the skies cleared enough for them to celebrate their marriage ceremony outside overlooking Monterey Bay at the Intercontinental Hotel. These two are a blast to be around, and we’re fortunate to call them friends. They chose to do the first look and see each other before the ceremony, creating some beautiful and lifelong memories of anticipation and joy. Tropical inside & out

With a gorgeous weekend ahead, my heart skipped a beat when I saw this recent photo in our collection. As many of you know, Gina and I are tropical inside and out. So any chance of warm weather, sunshine, and the beach mixed with a palm tree or two gets us going! We always love traveling for our clients. We hope you have a wonderful weekend and get to enjoy it with the ones you love.

Welcome to the world…

A special privilege we take so much joy in is when our past clients continue to welcome us into their lives as they embark on a new adventure together – parenthood. It’s something that we don’t take for granted, and we treasure the relationships that come out of what we do for a living!

Niki and Paul’s wedding last year was at Chateau Julien Winery and was absolutely beautiful! (See a glimpse here as featured in Ceremony Magazine). The only thing that could be sweeten that day was the day last week when their baby girl Peyton was born. She is a doll! Here are two sneak peaks into our newborn shoot yesterday. Congrats again to two very special people, now a family of three.

One thing we absolutely love to do with our wedding clients is to hang with them before their wedding day. The connections we have and the friendships we build with our clients truly helps us create some of the most beautiful images that we’ve become known for. It really makes for that much more of a great experience! Here are Lisa and Gil, who are getting married tomorrow at the Intercontinental Hotel in Monterey. With Spring season upon us, we’re finding some killer places to shoot around the Monterey Bay! We’ve had the privilege of knowing Lisa and Gil for a long time and it’s such an honor to be a part of their special day! Tomorrow is going to be amazing.

Hyatt Highlands Inn Wedding in Carmel
